The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling B2B sales, especially with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors, and should possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads.- Present and promote bathroom fittings and tile products effectively to clients.- Understand project requirements and recommend customized product solutions.- Conduct client meetings, follow up on inquiries, and close sales.- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.- Maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-up schedules using MS Office tools.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Desired Candidate Profile- Proven sales experience in construction, bathroom fittings, tiles, interiors, furniture, or related industries.- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and passion for field sales.- Must have a personal vehicle (Car or Bike) for client visits.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits- Attractive fixed salary (- 40,000 - 50,000).- Exposure to premium brands and clients in the interiors and building materials sector.- Growth-oriented role with long-term career potential.
