Business Development & Sales:- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and bids for new projects.- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements.Market & Strategy:- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new markets for shuttering and scaffolding services.- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and inform future strategies.- Collaborate with leadership and other teams to align business development efforts with company goals.Project Support:- Analyze documents like RFPs and RFQs to understand project requirements.- Work with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services to clients.
