Following is an illustrative list of focus areas for the role. Digital/ Business Transformation Customer Service/ Customer Delight Transformation Strategy, Global bench marking, internal bench marking- Industry knowledge/ Sector Knowledge Provide expert inputs on Supply Chain Guide clients on selection and implementation of the best in class supply chain software Hands on in stakeholder management, impact, and business benefit analysis Process Maps and cross functional understanding Process transformation including measurement techniques (Design thinking, SIPOC) Ability to understand the various Tech/Digital tools and ability to have a view on Buy versus budget while closely being supported by Tech Architects Financial Modelling of the benefits Key skills required Problem solving with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work in teams (multi-functional) and manage difficult conversations Strong understanding of business, operations excellence, and finance Ability to pick-up new sectors and domains in short time Ability to engage senior client executives, i.e., C-suite, and Line of Business Executives in one-on-one discussions Have knowledge of Digital Transformation and Automation trends/tools/competition including relevant next generation technologies, especially in Supply Chain space Experience in implementation of supply chain related modules of SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics or any other ERP Experience in implementation of supply chain software ( e.g. JDA Blue Yonder, SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan, E2Open, Arkieva, Oracle ASCP, OM Partners etc.) More than 10years of experience in Supply chain core operations or strategy or consulting At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning at a rapid pace and scale.
