The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

• 
  Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective and sustainable solutions to clients
• Provide leadership in overseeing Data Visualization Governance, including development and adoption of data visualization standards across various visualization teams
• Review and correct project direction, approach and key artifacts with respect to information design to keep programs on track and solutions extensible and maintainable going forward
• Partner with 3rd Party Vendors / Consultants on Proof of Concepts related to the use / testing of new Data Visualization tools and capabilities, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery. Bring ideas around new tools and state-of-the-art technologies and design concepts to presentations, dashboards and visualizations
• Unlimited access to MicroStrategy training
• Share responsibility with EY team for ensuring quality and integrity of data in the data warehouse, clean, merge, prepare databases from multiple system platforms and sources for internal and external uses
• Work with management, business analysts, project managers, and business clients to document requirements and prepare technical design documents
• Work with data scientists to help them communicate their approaches, methods, and techniques to the public by helping create blog posts, charts for conference talks, and in-depth web products
• Maintaining standard operating procedures for template development/maintenance, for study-by-study implementation
• Maintenance and improvement of all training materials that will be used by the end-users

To qualify for the role you must have

• 
  Data Visualization - The candidate must understand the value proposition of visualizing data
• Work Experience 7 - 10 yrs.
• Project Management - The candidate must be able to scope projects, evaluate project plans for feasibility, and monitor progress against the plan
• Communication and Influencing - The candidate must possess excellent listening skills and be able to distil and concisely articulate key messages in verbal and written form
• Experience with Data Visualization libraries/tools like Tableau, PowerBi, Qliksense, Alteryx, SQL, MongoDB, Excel, CSV, etc.
• Strong background in building user-friendly, visualizations displaying large, complex data sets

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• 
  Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
