We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of

Manager - Business Consulting - Analytics

In this role, you will:

The jobholder will continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology. Provide analytical support to Global / Regional businesses covering Customer analytics/ Product analytics/ Portfolio analytics etc. Data Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniques Trend Analysis and Dashboard Creation based on Visualization technique. Develop Statistical models and data frameworks Participate in projects leading to solutions using various analytic techniques. Should be able to resolve queries/issues associated with a project. Understands business objective of the project and should work with manager/senior- analyst to implement the solution Execute the assigned projects/ analysis as per the agreed timelines and with accuracy and quality Independently delivers end to end on simple projects. Should assist in delivery of more complicated analyses/strategy under supervision of the team lead within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards Produce high quality data and reports which support process improvements, decision-making and achievement of performance targets across the respective Business Areas. Complete analysis as required and document results and formally present findings to management

To be successful you will:

Basic data & analytics experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial services preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree from reputed university in Math's/ Stat or other numerical discipline. Concentration on Computers, Science or other fields such as engineering Familiarity with analytic systems with SQL and Python skills. Strong Microsoft suite skills. Qlik Sense, Big Query and GCP knowledge Strong analytical skills and detail oriented. Understand basic data quality management principles Good communication skills in both written and spoken. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success Independent worker with high drive and can support Global teams with demanding work hour Analytical thought process and aptitude for problem solving
