Our DTS team covers the full breadth of Technology Consulting and M&A services, including -
Technology M&A and Strategy - Assist clients to manage the technology aspects and business enablement of complex M&A, integrations and carve-outs as well as post-deal value creation
Technology Consulting - End to end technology advisory for clients, including developing technology roadmaps, platform/cloud/data advisory as well as transformation excellence for a digital transformation
Data & AI services - Helping clients in harnessing the power of data and cutting-edge analytics to drive intelligent decision-making and transform businesses.
Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions that create real business value for clients through process re-invention
How you will contribute
As a
Manager
in the
Business Case & Value COE in Digital & Technology Services (DTS)
you will lead business case development, value realization, and recovery efforts, owning end-to-end value delivery across technology-enabled transformation programs. This role is accountable for
turning investment cases into realized financial & strategic outcomes
.
1. Business Case Leadership
Lead baseline current-state assessments with business & IT leaders
Facilitate value discovery workshops across functions
Own development of full business cases with CFO-grade rigor
Lead initiative prioritization and roadmap sequencing
Support leadership alignment and funding approvals
2. Value Realization Office (VRO) Design & Operation
Design and implement VRO operating models (charter, structure, roles, KPIs, tools)
Embed value metrics into governance & decision-making forums
Own benefits tracking mechanisms and executive reporting
Act as a value controller, flagging deviations and driving corrective action
Ensure value realization checkpoints across the transformation lifecycle
3. Value Recovery & Intervention
Lead value leakage diagnostics and root-cause analysis
Define action plans (process redesign, adoption fixes, automation levers)
Quantify reclaimed value and ensure sustainability
Qualifications
7+ years in consulting, transformation leadership, and/or value management roles
Strong CFO-level financial acumen (P&L, cash, ROI)
Ability to challenge assumptions and influence senior stakeholders
Ability to independently develop financial models & business case reports
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Experience in key roles in tech transformation programs with a strong understanding of strategy, selection/sourcing, architecture, roadmap, optimization for one or more of the transformation archetypes: Data & AI, Digital, ERP/CX/HR/Supply Chain, Cloud, Operating model, Post merger integration
