Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :- Need candidates with minimum 2 years of SALES experience in any given Industries - Digital Marketing / Advertising Only.- Candidates must have handled an average ticket size of - 5 lakhs+ per client/brand.- Need candidate having experience in selling marketing services such as performance marketing sales, OTT sales, and media buying sales, rather than those from creative services backgrounds.- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in selling Digital products and services with B2B brands Only. (Any B2C experience will not be considered).- Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Client Acquistion of New Brands and working on Brand partnerships- Candidate should have experience working for Global brands.- Candidate should be good in handling End to End Sales (Market research and lead research) not only lead generation.- Candidate must be good in Negotiation and Client Onboarding.- Candidate must be Confident and have good Communication skills.Note :- - Candidate must have Awareness of Products and Services sold in previous job role.- Candidate should know the USP of the product / service they were selling and how they are portraying them.- Candidate should be good in Situational problem solving and dealing.- Candidate should have ability to adapt the start-up culture.
