Manager
to lead sales operations within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the
real estate industry
, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales activities within the assigned area to achieve business targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to ensure peak performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development
.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM software
.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
