Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Manager who will be responsible for monitoring BDE performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth execution of business development activities. The manager will lead, guide, and motivate the BDE team to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities



Monitor and evaluate BDE performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Set sales targets and ensure achievement through proper planning and execution Track leads, follow-ups, and reporting tools Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation Handle escalations and support BDEs in closing key deals Ensure discipline, professionalism, and goal-oriented work culture within the team

Required Skills & Qualifications



Master's degree , Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Team Leader Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze performance data and take corrective actions Result-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills

Experience



Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales Prior experience handling a BDE or sales team is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
