Role

: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Business Consultant with expertise in the Insurance industry (Commercial & Specialty and Life and Pension). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business analysis, digital transformation, and project management. This is a mid to senior-level role requiring 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions.

Process Improvement & Re-engineering

: + Lead initiatives to optimize and re-engineer business processes within the Insurance domain.
+ Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
+ Implement workbench solutions to streamline operations.

Digital Transformation

: + Drive digital transformation projects to enhance business capabilities and customer experience.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative technologies and solutions.

Business Analysis

: + Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
+ Develop actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.

Project Management

: + Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Solutioning for BPO/BPS

: Provide expert guidance on BPO/BPS solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Criteria

:


(Must have)



Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification. Experience in implementing workbench solutions. Familiarity with BPO/BPS solutioning. 10-15 years of experience in Insurance consulting with a focus on process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation. Proven expertise in process re-engineering, improvement, and automation. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings effectively. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations. Project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
