Being Part of Sandoz Division BPA team in Basel as an extended member from Hyderabad team and support for the Planning, Reporting and Digital Initiatives of Sandoz Finance.
Responsibilities:

  • Monthly / Quarterly closing and reporting:
Prepare key pre-quarter/quarter close deliverable/reports for senior stakeholders, Group BPA and Investor Relations. Support on monthly closing activities. Lead the PVL process for Sandoz Division - SPOC for all PVL related processes, reports and queries. Enable rotation of tasks between team members and accordingly support by taking over new tasks. Ad-hoc support during peak periods
  • Planning cycles
Supporting LO/LF/TGT/SP & spot landing on planning and consolidation. Prepare/update various analytical reports/templates based on business request. Other standard/ad-hoc support on planning deliverable
  • Daily Sales
Lead the Sandoz Daily Sales process, ensuring accurate and timely publishing. Business partnering with Division and Region Heads for inputs. Liaison with IT teams for the smooth operation of the process. Process improvement and taking automation initiatives
  • Digital
Have strong experience of working with BPC, Qliksense, GDWH (AfO). Partnering with FIOH - Madrid in building Qlik dashboards, with regular validation and suggesting improvements. Interact with key collaborators and review engagements on regular basis. Hard-working, unbossed and continuously upskilling team

Minimum requirements

Education:
CA, MBA-Finance, CMA or any equivalent Professional qualification

Languages:
  • Excellent command in English (Oral & Written)
Experience/Professional Requirement:
  • 5-6 years of related or Financial Planning & Analysis experience. Accounting knowledge is mandatory
