Ensuring regular updates in Systems software versions / Configurations, as per Best Practices & software releases. Implementations of add on projects / upgradations / customer deliverables in existing operational DCs. Front facing Customers, for operations of all DCs for IBMS / ELV / Security Systems. AMC Vendors reviews & Evaluations . Upgradations of various Systems, based on EOL / EOS / Improvement plans. Ensuring critical spares availability & maintaining inventories / proactively procuring required spares. Eliminating single points of failures .Maintaining Integrations with different systems like Servicenow / HRMS \xe2\x80\xa6etc. Exploring new solutions for improving system stability & operational efficiencies. Maintaining 99.99 % Uptime of all Systems. Analysis of issues / RCAs
