YOUR IMPACT :

The Manager - Billing Operations will lead a team responsible for end-to-end billing activities across Licensing, Professional Services, Renewals, and Cloud offerings. The role is designed to provide strategic oversight, operational excellence, and leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Manager will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and support transformation initiatives including automation and AI adoption.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS :

Team Leadership& Development Lead and mentor a team of billing analysts and specialists. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Billing Operations Oversight Manage accurate and timely billing for Licensing, PS, Renewals, and Cloud services. Ensure adherence to contractual terms, revenue recognition policies, and audit requirements. Act as the escalation point for complex billing issues and customer disputes. Process Optimization& Automation Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to drive automation and AI-based solutions. Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational targets are met. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve billing-related queries. Support cross-functional initiatives including system integrations Compliance& Controls Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 8-10 years of experience in billing operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of billing processes for Licensing, PS, Renewals, and Cloud. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and billing platforms. Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive results. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in ERP systems like Netsuite and SAP Familiarity with AI tools and automation in billing processes. Ability to work in a global, matrixed organization.
