Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for SOP implementation and document management as per company policy. Minimum 5 Years work experience in Solar/renewable energy projects. Well versed in SAP and MS office software to keep records up to date and regular MIS. should be capable in construction site store management of large scale solar or wind projects. Responsible for vendor reconciliation and inventory capitalization in SAP after COD. Maintain 5S, FIFO, LIFO and housekeeping at store yard and having good understanding of material management terminology. Having good administrative understanding to ensure store yard's material safety with available security work force at site. Responsible for smooth store operations and adequate material management and documentation for audit compliances. Responsible for site store audits and inventory management as per industry standards or organization's SOP. Responsible for site stores material's safety and security management. Accountable for material loading/unloading, handling, stacking, quantity verification as per DC/invoice and quality inspection, rejection, shortage and damage reporting, GRN preparation within SOP timeline. Identification, tagging and proper stacking of civil/electrical/mechanical material to maintain quantity, quality, availability and reliability at designated area. Regular record management of receipt vs issue vs consumption in SAP and MS Excel to prepare quality reports. Ensure monthly/quarterly stock verification SAP vs Physical and publish report to HOD and respective site In-charge. Responsible to maintain safe stock level to issue materials as per the indent/MIV for different works/vendors according to their work scope verified by package owner and site in-charge. General supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material. Ensure scrap/unused material returned from site/contractor should be recorded, documented as per MRN format in MS excel separately and scrap material dumped at designated scrap yard. Preparation of material outward gate pass and quantity verification and documentation at store security gate in proper RGP/NRGP format as per nature. Ensure record management and supervision of T&P and logbooks by user department on regular activity basis and same should be signed by user and operator.

After COD / project commissioning prepare surplus or idle inventory list with construction team and timely share with HO store team.
