Manager - BFSI Consulting - GTM/ Growth Strategy & Business Transformation - 5+ Years - Mumbai
A strategic consulting role focused on delivering data-driven, high-impact solutions for leading BFSI clients including Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Insurance companies, and Government institutions.

Responsibilities: * Leading strategic consulting engagements across BFSI institutions and Government bodies

• Driving GTM strategy, product/branch rollouts, profitability enhancement, and credit model development
• Conducting financial risk assessments, valuation studies, and implementation support
• Supporting business development through proposal/RFP creation and client interactions
• Developing analytical frameworks and presenting impactful insights through reports/PPTs

Requirements: * 5-10 years of experience in BFSI consulting or financial strategy roles

• Strong understanding of Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, and Risk & Financial Modelling
• Proven project management capability and multi-stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
