We're Hiring - Banking Partnership Team (Fintech/Payment Gateway)We are a Payment Gateway Company on a mission to build something massive - and we're looking for people with the fire, aggression, and hunger to make it happen.We don't want managers - we want owners who make things move.Key KRAs (Key Result Areas):- Acquire Current Accounts from multiple banks for our merchants.- Get MIDs from banks and aggregators on behalf of clients.- Drive aggressive follow-ups with banks and ensure timely closures.- Ensure error-free documentation and accurate data management.- Maintain strong banking and aggregator relationships.- Assist merchants during onboarding - check receipt flows, handle chargebacks, provide dashboard training, and offer immediate support whenever required.- Ensure a smooth experience for every merchant - from setup to settlement.Key KPIs (Performance Metrics): - Number of Current Accounts acquired per month - MIDs activated within defined TAT - Closure rate and follow-up efficiency - Zero documentation or data errors - Merchant satisfaction and retention rateWho You Are:- Experience in Banks, Payment Gateways, or Fintech.- Excellent communication skills and good English (spoken & written).- Understand Risk, Compliance, and Banking Processes.- A go-getter who doesn't wait - you follow up till it's done.- Strong with data, coordination, and merchant relationships.- Aggressive about targets, timelines, and team growth.
