Who We're Looking For:

Artha and Associates is looking for a proactive, detail-driven audit professional to

lead our Bank Audits, Stock Audits, and Concurrent Audits

. If you're a Chartered Accountant or semi-qualified CA with a strong audit background--especially in the banking sector--we'd love to work with you.

This is a

hands-on leadership role

, where you'll oversee audit assignments for leading banks, manage field teams, interact with branch officials, and ensure timely and quality audit reporting.

What You'll Do:

Lead and execute

Concurrent Audits

,

Stock Audits

, and

Bank Statutory Audits

Review loan documents, drawing power calculations, stock statements, and internal control systems Identify red flags and report deviations or risks in real-time to the bank/client Stay up to date with

RBI guidelines

, ICAI standards, and banking regulations Manage and mentor junior auditors and field teams Prepare clear, insightful audit reports and communicate findings effectively to bank officials and clients Ensure all audits are completed within timelines and with the highest standards of accuracy

What You Should Have:

CA / Semi-qualified CA / Experienced Audit Executive

with 3-6 years in audit

Prior experience in Concurrent Audit

is

Strong knowledge of

Confident in interacting with bank branch managers and credit officers Good leadership, team coordination, and reporting skills
