Job Description

Define the project scope and create a renovation estimate based on a material take off (MTO).
Create a renovation project management plan & manage a renovation project budget.
Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable renovation contracts.
Develop a renovation schedule, with project deliverables and milestones.
Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery.
Manage resources such as renovation materials, renovation workers and equipment.
Allocate and manage resource logistics.
Create status reports for project stakeholders.
Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the renovation team.
Maintain health and safety standard.
