Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager with extensive experience in data analytics and visualization platforms. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of analytics, experience with structured and unstructured data sources in the CPG/FMCG sector, and the ability to lead, influence, and foster collaboration in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Creativity in problem-solving, customizing solutions, and driving business outcomes in a multidisciplinary setting is essential, along with staying up-to-date with new data technologies.
The Manager will lead business operations, including managing deliverables, identifying opportunities for automation, visualization, and insights. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to support data transformation processes, improve data quality, manage customizations, and ensure optimal platform performance.
This role is based in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Oversee business operations related to weekly, monthly, and quarterly data refreshes. Lead the delivery of business insights packages to stakeholders and identify strategic opportunities to enhance data analytics and visualization capabilities.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive data quality improvement, data alignment, and data dictionary development for reporting and automation.
• Analytics Development: Design and develop Tableau/Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Data Problem-Solving: Lead efforts to research and resolve data and analytics challenges raised by business partners. Conduct hands-on data mining and analysis to identify and address issues.
• Platform Optimization: Test, deploy, and maintain data processes, APIs, and analytics solutions while improving platform performance. Document operational processes and optimize solutions to enhance business value.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 4+ years in data analytics or visualization.
• Proven ability to synthesize and interpret data, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with data engineering platforms like SQL, Python, R, Alteryx, Teradata, and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (formulas, visualizations, pivot tables, VBA).
• Knowledge of data warehousing technologies like Azure, DBT, Data Bricks, Snowflake, Redshift, and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics/data science; exposure to web technologies such as Apache Tomcat and Angular JS is advantageous.
• Expertise in Nielsen/IRI or e-commerce data is beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and empower teams, fostering a collaborative environment across business and IT partners.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and design skills.
• Strong understanding of the CPG industry, business theory, and process improvement methodologies.
