The Delta Technology Hub will contribute directly to these objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR data engineering team to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Lead a team to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Enable data optimization of workflows and improve data processing efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and AWS technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS technology stack.
• Proven experience in data engineering, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge and experience in of AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and others.
• Experience in Team Leadership: Managed, mentored, coached and developed teams, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
• Experience in Resource Allocation, Capacity Planning & Resource utilization
• Experience in Performance Management by providing regular performance feedback, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of HR processes and data requirements.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Experience with SAP HANA Analytics Platform is a plus.
• Experience in AI / ML is preferred.
