B2C Growth roleLooking for a seasoned growth marketer with 10+ yrs experience who has a proven track record of unlocking organic growth for consumer digital brands, ideally those with a monthly subscription model.The main responsibilities will be:1. Creating a large organic (not to be confused with SEO) top funnel for our low priced offerings including Great Learning Academy Pro subscription and Gen AI Academy. This will be achieved through a host of activities such as: - creating virality (either via content or lead magnet product ideas) - building a solid referral program for existing customers that helps build critical mass - identifying new channels and avenues (e.g. various relevant groups on different social media channels) to build visibility and advocacy - create new partnerships with other relevant brands/ media outlets etc., that can help expand our reach amongst relevant audiences2. The main KRAs will be highly numbers focused, for eg., GLA Pro free trial sign- ups, paid subscriptions and renewal rates. 3. The key markets for these products will be India and the US.Who will fit this role?- We expect that this person will be an agile self-starter who is able to do many of the above mentioned activities with minimal dependency on other teams.- Anyone who has shown ability to scale an early stage brand in a sustained manner (sticky customers) with minimal brand advertising support. - People who have worked on a host of non-performance marketing lead gen activities such as content marketing, influencer collaborations, community building etc will be relevant for this role. This person must have a deep understanding of all avenues available to brands to promote themselves.- People who have worked on brands that have a subscription model from industries such as gaming, entertainment etc will be preferred though this is not an essential criterion. - We are looking for someone who has scaled actual revenue and not just top funnel metrics like app installs or traffic.
