About the Role



We are looking for an experienced

B2B Channel Sales Manager

from the

Helmet / Two-Wheeler Accessories industry

to drive channel sales growth, manage distributor networks, and expand market presence. The role requires strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the helmet distribution ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute regional

channel sales strategies

to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize performance. Drive sales through

dealers, distributors, and retail partners

while ensuring timely product availability. Conduct

market analysis

to identify opportunities, monitor competition, and recommend strategy adjustments. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Support channel partners with timely supply, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across B2B channels. Conduct

regular market visits

to strengthen relationships and monitor ground-level execution. Resolve dealer/distributor escalations and ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with

marketing, logistics, product, and finance teams

for effective execution. Ensure

accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates

.

Skills & Competencies



Proven

B2B channel sales experience

in the

helmet or allied two-wheeler accessories industry

. Strong

sales planning, forecasting, and execution

capabilities.

Team leadership and people management

experience. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and relationship-building

skills. Strong

market awareness

and competitor analysis skills. Proficiency with

CRM and sales reporting tools

. Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle escalations effectively.
