About Businessline/Function : Business Excellence Team within Operations is a Transversal Business Line playing a support role to Operations pertaining to Cash & Payments, Trade Finance and Credit Operation. The team mainly supports Business Operations by looking into Continuous Improvement projects, Project Management, MIS/Dashboards for Operations perimeter. Job Title: Manager/AVP Date: 2023 Department: Business Excellence - GBO and Wealth Management Location: Mumbai Business Line / Function: Business Excellence - GBO and Wealth Management Reports to: (Direct) Head - Business Excellence Grade: (if applicable) Manager/AVP (Functional) Number of Direct Reports: Directorship / Registration: NA Position Purpose To process, monitor and control transaction processing for Remittance & Payments preprocessing of BNPP WITH THE OBJECTIVE to facilitate smooth functioning of operations while meeting the Operations Objectives of BNPPISPL for all the sites handled. In this position, you will be working with tools like SQL developer, Excel, and projects with reporting tools including Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects and Excel/VBA. Responsibilities . Engage with local and global leadership to understand the present structure & expected requirements . Construct & drive the automation projects using various reporting tools . Present the project status and scorecard to the management at regular intervals . Help identifying new process improvement opportunities to optimize & align to global format . Industrialize reports and liaise with technical and operational teams Technical & Behavioral Competencies . Skills and competencies: . . Strong analytical skills . Ability to innovate . 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence or process change . Problem-solving & client-oriented mindset . Advanced proficiency in VBA, SQL, Excel, TABLEAU and Power BI . Experience in advance data analytics (R, Python) is preferred .
