Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Strong understanding of training and education delivery models, including instructor-led, blended, and online learning formats.
Ability to comprehend and articulate technical and domain-oriented training solutions in areas such as Finance, Analytics, Technology, and Emerging Skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Skilled in preparing proposals, client decks, and commercial documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Capable of interpreting client needs and mapping them to suitable learning programs, certifications, and curriculum interventions.
Comfortable engaging with academic stakeholders to discuss program design, curriculum alignment, and learning outcomes.
Awareness of industry trends in higher education, employability, and skill development, enabling informed discussions with clients.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Management, or a related discipline is required.
MBA / Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, or Education Management preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in an institutional or enterprise environment.
Demonstrated experience in building and managing relationships with universities, colleges, and higher education decision-makers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, events, and institutional engagements.
