Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Manager/ Asst Manager- Inside Sales
to lead our internal sales team. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on managing sales activities conducted over phone, email, and virtual platforms, driving lead conversions, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves setting sales targets, coaching inside sales representatives, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the inside sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for lead generation, qualification, and closing.
Monitor sales metrics, analyse performance data, and prepare detailed sales reports.
Train and coach inside sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and effective selling techniques.
Handle key customer accounts.
Work closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns.
Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate updating of client data and sales activities.
Continuously improve sales processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Sending Dispatch details & other dispatch/ PO related related documents to Client.
Sending Order Acknowledgement/Proforma Invoice of the orders received.
Submission of online tender for various government/ pvt clients through their portal as well as through GEM Portal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years of inside sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
