Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in

process instrumentation, condition monitoring, smart field instrumentation, predictive maintenance, and digital reliability solutions

. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with proven leadership in managing service and sales teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer support within industrial automation and instrumentation domains.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Technical Leadership

Lead sales and technical support for

HART Communicators, AMS Device Manager, vibration analyzers, predictive maintenance platforms, smart field instruments, and condition monitoring systems

. Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets through

strategic sales management

and collaboration with regional teams. Develop and maintain strong relationships with

EPCs, OEMs, end-users, and channel partners

to promote reliability solutions.

2. Business & Portfolio Management

Manage a business portfolio valued at approx.

?30 Crore

, covering device management, process instrumentation, and reliability technologies. Deliver technical presentations, demos, value propositions, and ROI-driven proposals for digital reliability initiatives.

3. Project, Service & Customer Success

Collaborate with project and service teams to ensure

seamless execution, after-sales service, and customer satisfaction

. Lead commissioning, software support, vibration diagnostics, and lifecycle services related to reliability solutions.

4. Predictive Maintenance & Reliability Engineering

Handle Predictive Maintenance (PDM) programs across multiple industrial sites with

>98% uptime

. Support digital plant asset management, diagnostic tools, and rotating equipment condition monitoring systems.

5. Team Leadership & Training

Manage and mentor a team of engineers to improve service responsiveness and technical capability. Train channel partners and internal teams on reliability technologies, IoT-based asset health monitoring, and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in

Industrial Electronics

or related field. 10+ years of experience in

engineering, automation, instrumentation, reliability, and technical services

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
