Requirements:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in the Maintenance department within a manufacturing environment Strong

mechanical engineering background

Proven experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, utility systems, and plant equipment Ability to lead maintenance teams, plan maintenance schedules, and ensure minimal downtime Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and troubleshooting practices Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire maintenance operations of the Malur manufacturing unit Ensure optimal functioning of all plant machinery and equipment Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance activities Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize downtime Manage maintenance budgets, spares inventory, and vendor coordination Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
