Mission



The Engineer oversees all technical aspects of the proper realization of a project (coordination for Hardware engineering activities, Software engineering activities inclusive of Level

1 and adaptability of Level 2 system interfaces, Commissioning of Equipment at site, ...), with main objective to achieve contractually agreed scope and performances on time and as

per budget. He/she ensures the implementation within his/her team of Health & Safety, quality and environmental aspects and standards.





Activites



Coordination with Team Members, Vendor, Internal Customer.

Hardware Engineering

o AGC System

o Good Knowledge of Siemens S7-1500 IO System

o Selection of S7-1500 PLC system, based on requirement

Software Engineering

o Expert in Siemens TIA Portal (latest Version)

Ladder, SCL, STL, CFC, GRAPH Safety PLC Program and features

o Expert in WINCC Software Configuration

Pop-Up and Faceplate design Trend and Alarm Configuration Data Archive and Report Generation

o Third Party Communication

Gauge Measuring System Automatic Flatness Control (AFC) Process Data Acquisition (PDA) System Level 1 system of Siemens/ABB/Rockwell Level 2 system interface Process Knowledge

o Expert in AGC Controls and able to program complex control loops in PLC

o Feedback, Feedforward, Mass flow control for AGC

o Pressure and Elongation control loop for SPM System

o Oil Film, Moorg Oil compensation, Roll eccentricity compensation

o Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Instrumentation Knowledge

Commissioning of Equipment

o AGC System

o SPM System



Qualifications:

Graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.

Experience:

Significant experience technical (10 to 15 years minimum).

Knowledge and skills:

Siemens

o Siemens S7-300/400/1500 PLC

o Siemens WINC CC

o Siemens Step7/TIA Portal

Good Knowledge of C/C++ (preferable) Ownership and Results driven with schedules of Project.

Behavioral skills:

Teamwork, including with foreign entities. Easy communication with stakeholders Results driven.
