Job Responsibilities :

• Understands branding and arrives at insights that solve the challenges via design thinking
• Ability to Explore, conceptualize, and craft top design solutions
• Adept at understanding the client requirement and design/deliver internal communication materials
• Utilizes creative experience in Corporate Branding, Typography, Etc to enhance the final outcomes
• Able to bring in new ideas that work for both offline, digital, and online communication
• Contributes as a Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work on a wide range of Print/production\\digital media applications
• Able to add value to the complete creative process
• Highly organized with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities of clients

Job Accountabilities:-

• Exploring, conceptualizing, and crafting top design solutions.

• Work with a wide range of Print / Production / digital media applications.

• Come up with ideas that work for both offline and digital communications and execute them.

• Ensure that the designs adhere to company guidelines and standards.

• Identify work process improvements.

• Provide design input or suggestions, and communicate with team members to deliver high-quality work.

Education Requirement :

• Graduate degree (Or Diploma) in Animation or Film as Subject

Experience Requirement :

• 4 # 5 years of relevant experience in Branding /Advertising (preferably from creative department of an advertising or design agency or a digital marketing agency)
