Experience on Windchill PLM. Experience or Team center PLM Lead the development of end-to-end implementation of PLM projects. Should have experience in ESI integration with Windchill solutions to guide the Team. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Has a strong technical background, including application planning and architecture. Be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the successful completion of projects. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional team members. Manage team members, plan resources, and hire and develop talent. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Align technology to support business objectives. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree ( Mechanical/ Production Engineering) preferred and/or 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in digital environments. Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities and projects across varying brands or business units. Experience on Windchill or Teamcenter PLM with CAD knowledge Experience in ESI Integration and ERP Systems. Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential. * Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
