The Manager, Application Manager would manage & lead all our Electronic Content Management (ECM) platforms, solutions & products, across Cargill. He/she will lead our global ECM team to define the vision, strategy & help resolve business problems with right/needed content management solutions. In this role, you will manage the team, delivery & operations and provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate and advise solutions & procedures in a cost-effective way to meet business & user needs/requirements, for the company's current as well as future needs.
Key Accountabilities

Provide guidance on the use of the existing ECM products to ensure that users/teams will achieve the most value out of those solutions for the company.
Assess ECM as a capability, advise strategy & own the maturity roadmap, taking inputs from all businesses and functions.
Lead the central ECM organization to ensure ECM products and processes support the business.
Supervise day to day activities, across solution/product delivery and platform support & operations.
Act as key point of contact for business stakeholders, vendor partners and users to understand business priorities, build relationships & managing escalations.
Own the portfolio finances & ensure the most optimum returns for Cargill, from investments made in ECM capability.
Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of four years of related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Four years of global supervisory experience.
* Experience leading engineers/designers in Open Text ECM or other industry ECM capability.
