Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. o Ability to analyze and identify the root cause for technical issues. o Problem-solving skills in order to resolve issues promptly. o Proficiency in working with systems like SQL, or other technologies at BPCL (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce etc.) is a must. Experience with Azure Cloud Platform is preferred. o Advanced analytics skills with the ability to perform data analysis, identify relations/ correlations etc. Minimum experience of working in 2 projects as Support Engineer o B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
