Location- Chennai

Must have experience in field crop production in rain fed. Candidate is expected to anticipate the becoming seasonal well in advance and plan plantation accordingly.

:

- Create farming project

- Implementing financial plans, asset management strategies & annual plans.

- Budgeting project and preparing technical reports

- Analyze the fields and study technical feasibility

- Arriving ROI and study the financial viability of the individual projects

- Planning and making sequence of the activities after start of the projects

- Farm Capex of the new projects

- Coordinate with machinery and manage the configuration of the machineries

- Create the Agriculture team and Organogram of the individual projects

- Hiring the suitable candidate for agriculture team and labor management

- Get good yield of groundnut with optimum cultivation cost

- Make project economically viable one

- Large scale farming operations such as new land development, Land preparation, nursery and varietal management, various methods of planting, Crop production and maintenance, Agronomy Out grower management and developments, Agri inputs management, Yield improvement, Farm machineries, Drone survey and crop monitoring, Agricultural workshop management, seed sowing, nursery preparation, planting, farming, harvesting, dispatching and contract farming,

- Develop harvester utilization Budget planning, preparation, and Cost control.

- Farmer\'s Training arrangement, Farmer relationship building.

- Broad-acre Agronomy, Integrated Pest Management, (IPM), Integrated Disease Management (IDM), Integrated Nutrient Management,

- Control Farming, Agriculture Farm Management

- Coordinate with farm staff to organize farm tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

- Establish, develop & maintain professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders, FPO\'s, NGO\'s, Scientific bodies.
