Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Advisor Relations!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team member to join our team. In this role, you will build trusted relationships to create values for both clients and the organization and work internally with different parts of the organization to drive advisor relation agenda.

Responsibilities

Plan participation in the studies as per stakeholders' commitment, business focus and bandwidth*
Align the yearly participation plan with the support team for better execution.*
Coach and direct stakeholders and support team for the best approach to respond.*
Build relationship with Advisor research team for timely guidance and understanding their need for study.*
Plan and align the delivery keeping both the parties (Genpact and Advisor) interest intact.*
Quality of delivery should be ensured with proper coaching to the stakeholders and running a quality check on each response before the submission.*
Plan all the exercise is completed for closure of any study undertaken.*
Maintain and track the rankings of all the studies and discussing with the stakeholders on the improvement of the rankings or holding the current position.*
Publishing the ranking details in the monthly newsletter*
Contributing to the Newsletter for wider communication to Leadership team*
Supporting PO/PR activity and collaborating with the respective team for timely payments to Advisors*
Assist with day-to-day operational activities*

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Self-motivated to run and exercise necessary decision for smooth operation.*
Innovative thinking to solve any roadblocks in the operation.*
Leadership skill to drive key framework and ensuring no slippage in quality and delivery.*
Planning and timely execution is the key for success.*
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Fast-paced, with the capability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines*
Professional writing and editing skills*
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail*
Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems*
Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel*
Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of the deal cycle is a plus*
