About the Role:
About the Role: We are looking for an Manager - Admissions & Outreach / Manager - Office of Admissions to drive outreach and enrolment for our flagship student programs like Launchpad and Startup Summer/Winter School. This role is all about getting more students to discover, apply for, and join our entrepreneurship programs.

Day - to - Day Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment in student-focused programs such as summer schools, launchpads, bootcamps, and innovation challenges.
Identify new market segments and partnerships that align with program objectives.
Set and manage targets, budgets, and ROI for outreach activities and campaigns.
Build strong, long-term relationships with schools, junior colleges, academic counselors, and coaching institutes.
Design partnership proposals, MoUs, and co-branded campaigns for institutions and education networks.
Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and key institutional meetings.
Lead and mentor a team of sales associates and outreach coordinators.
Work closely with marketing, product, and academic teams to align offerings and outreach plans.
Provide training and performance feedback to ensure high-performing sales execution.
Drive end-to-end lead lifecycle - from generation to nurturing to conversion - for various programs.
Supervise outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, webinars, and offline events.
Monitor program performance metrics and student acquisition data to improve future sales strategies.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on enrollment trends, partner activity, and student feedback.
Key Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or student engagement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach, presentations, and follow-ups
A proactive, persuasive approach and high energy
Interest in startups, education, or youth development is a big plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
