We're looking for a results-driven

Manager - Admissions

to join our team! You'll lead our admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for students and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the admissions process, from lead generation to student onboarding

- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and student quality

- Lead a team of admissions counselors and provide coaching and guidance

- Analyze data to optimize admissions processes and improve outcomes

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion

Requirements:

- MBA or equivalent experience

2-5 years of experience in admission counselling or sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
