Job Description

To set policies, develop manuals, and supervise or monitor the everyday clinical operations of hospital and focus on improving the quality of patient care.

Supervises daily functions at a health care facility, with the assistance of supporting staff. This includes budgeting, patient care, and human resources needs.

To manage all inspections and Accreditations process.

To Manage Security & Housekeeping services of the hospital including laundry and lenon.

To promote, design and implement improvements and innovations in Patient Care & Health care facility at Hospital

To identify and understand the financial relations and effects of various aspects within the hospital is often necessary to manage budgets effectively

To responsible for all legal documentation/reply related to clinical matters/ medico legal cases .

Serve as a liaison among governing boards, medical staff, and department managers.

Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the hospital board regulations.

Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities.

Perform the day-to-day hospital management functions, while planning for the future.

Ensure that the medical practices of the facility are implemented properly

Supervise and organise the healthcare services provided by the facility.

Evaluate personnel and prepare daily reports.

Ensure the proper working of Security & Housekeeping personnel and their availability as per the requirement.

Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.

Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are made on time.

Management of all clinical operations of Hospital.

To assess and modify environment of the hospital for patients as well as employees safety.

To help for QCI, NABH etc Accreditation.

To manage MCI, INC, ESIC, ECHS and other inspections and make changes according to the requirement of responsible body

To Arrange and Manage Training for Clinical Staff (ACLS,BLS,Radiation Safety etc)

Ensuring proper implementation of policies towards promoting & protecting health, safety and organizational effectiveness.

Participate in the recruitment of doctors and paramedical staff, nursing appropriately delegate duties and responsibilities to them and makes them accountable.

Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits

Assisting the medical staff in its service and patient care management by providing the means through which this service can be rendered with top-level quality.

Liaising between medical staff and other departments.

Imparting training to various junior doctors and nursing staff.

To be effective in the delivery of Diagnostic, Surgical and Medical Services to all inpatients and outpatients of the Unit.

To comply with patient safety policy.

To carryout clinical audit as per NABH Norms.

To audit patient file death ,MRD, Pharmacy on routine basis

To ensure Credentialing & Privileging of clinicians.

To establish hospital drug formulary in coordination with consultants.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year
