- Managing the Administrative Works force PAN India.
- Experienced with Asset Management for a Corporate Space and Factory Setup.
- Experienced with Planning, Scheduling and Execution of periodical maintenance of company assets.
- Strong Vendor Management and Negotiation Skills. Should have relevant experience / exposure to admin procurements.
- Good knowledge of Handling Travel Desk. Must have managed Travel Desk with a workforce of at least two to three reportees. Good knowledge of Air, Railway, Buses and Inter and Intra City Cab services.
- Experienced with the International Visa Processing, travel and logistics arrangements.
- Experienced in Managing office Petty Cash, Admin help desk, Visitor Management Services, Meeting Schedulers.
- Experienced with Induction formalities of New joiners across Corporate and Factory premises.
- Experienced in Managing Group Mediclaim Insurances. (GMC, GPA and GTLI)
- Managing Meeting Room Schedulers Technology.
- Monitoring the material movement process and highlighting gaps and addressing them to the management.
- Experienced in Cafeteria Management & Pantry Management for Corporate Office space and a Factory Space.
- Must have experience of managing Lifts, DG Sets, UPS, CCTV, BIO-Metrics, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing services, Fire Alarm Systems, AHUs, HVAC Units etc..
- Experienced with Conducting periodical Fire Mock Drills, checking on the validity if Fire Extinguishers and ensuring the stocks on regular intervals. Sound Knowledge of FAS equipments is a must.
- Smart Reporting - Experienced with Smart Reporting for the Admin Department. Knowledge of preparing admin budgets and Forecasts Location based. Prepare power point presentations and be able to put-fourth / communicate pro - cons of a proposal.
- Excellent email etiquette, letter drafting, communication skills and Public Relations.
- Knowledge of dealing with Govt. bodies like MIDC, MPCB, DISH, Labour Office, RTO, NSIC, Indian Customs, Police Stations, Police Commissionerate and Local bodies.
- Must be able to lead, motivate and help other team mates in the day to day operations.

- Candidate with at least 3 years of experience as an Asst. Manager Admin or must have minimum 5 years of experience as a Admin Manager.

- Candidate must have knowledge of ISO standardization.
- Candidate must be Smart, presentable and disciplined.
