Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for smooth operations.
Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
Coordinate with various departments to handle day-to-day operational needs and resolve administrative issues.
Manage administrative budgets and control expenses.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Handle vendor management, service contracts, and negotiations.
Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations on administrative activities.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for administrative staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in administration and management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
