Position Manager, Administration
- The role will be to manage India Ground Transport Operations.
- Candidate is required to work in 24x7 operations.
- Oversee day-to-day transport operations, including Fleet management, route optimization, logistics planning and ensure compliances with all relevant regulations, safety standards and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead safety initiatives including driver training and incident investigations.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the transport industry to maintain a competitive edge and drive adoption and integration.
- Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making an operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage transport budget, cost control and financial efficiency. Also, identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety and quality.
- Route optimization - Analyzing transportation routes and developing strategies to minimize costs.
- Compliance and Regulations - Staying up to date with transportation laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure efficient, cost-effective and safe transport for Employees.
- Develop, implement the overall transport strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Senior leadership to align it with broader business objectives.
