Job Description

Responsibility Office Administration
Managing Driver Pool, training to staff drivers, Office peons, Housekeeping etc
Administration related Vendor Management for service efficiency & ensuring timely maintenance.
AMC DRAFTING, and coordination with Purchase department
Participating in cost negotiations with Purchase department
Managing Administration of company properties, equipment: ACs, Printers, Telephone,
Sourcing material related to admin function with the help of Purchase department.
Managing and maintaining inventory of office material, including few owned branches with the help of branches.
Travel ticket / Hotel bookings
Supervision of hygiene and cleanliness
Preparing & updating policies for Drivers, and Admin Staff and implementation / training for each category.
Communication: Should be excellent.
Candidates should have consistency with organizations and should have a relatively long term career plan with Kunvarji.
In a nut- shell this incumbent will be responsible for all the Admin functions of the group with team.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking
