Job Description

1. Administration & Office Management
2. Vendor & Contract Management Manage vendors for housekeeping, travel, maintenance, and supplies.
3. Draft and renew AMC/service agreements, monitor vendor performance and invoices.
4. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain records of company assets (laptops, mobiles, tools, etc.) - issue, tracking, recovery.
5. Track inventory of office supplies, stationery, and ensure timely replenishment.
6. Facility & Office Operations Supervise housekeeping, reception, pantry, and general upkeep of HO premises.
7. Ensure functioning of utilities (electricity, internet, air conditioning, printers, etc.).
8. Maintain records related to office insurance, security, and fire safety compliance.
9. Travel & Logistics Handle travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and local conveyance for employees and guests (Both Domestic and International).
10. Maintain database of empanelled travel agents and corporate hotel rates.
11. Track travel reimbursements and support field staff with logistics.
12. Event Management and supporting HR in Employee Engagement activities
13. Listening with all Govt agencies including developing relationship with the local police station.
14. Develop tie-ups with nearest hospital/s for medical contingencies
15. Work on tie-ups of Food chains for acquiring discounts for our HO employees
