Technical Support & Application Guidance
Provide technical support to clients regarding adhesive product selection, application techniques, and troubleshooting.
Conduct product trials and ensure proper implementation at client sites.
Product Management
Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers for product updates, pricing, and inventory planning.
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and new product launches.
Prepare market trend reports and submit performance updates to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management
Address client complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, stores) for order processing and delivery.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and credit control.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
