Job Overview:

We're looking for a

highly analytical and creative Meta & Google Ads Manager

to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in driving ROI through performance marketing, with a proven record of managing budgets, generating leads, and increasing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)

campaigns. Optimize campaigns daily to achieve

maximum ROI, conversions, and quality leads

. Conduct

keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

to improve campaign performance. Create and manage

remarketing and retargeting

strategies. Monitor and analyze

campaign analytics

using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio. Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives and landing pages. Prepare

weekly and monthly performance reports

showcasing campaign effectiveness and ROI. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid marketing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3-4 years of proven experience

managing Google and Meta ad campaigns. Strong understanding of

CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS metrics

. Hands-on experience with

Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and reporting skills.
