Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new brand and agency partnerships Create and deliver customized pitch decks and proposals Lead client presentations, calls, and meetings with confidence Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and client needs Collaborate with campaign, strategy, and content teams to ensure seamless proposals Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets and growth KPIs

What We're Looking For

3-4 years in Business Development at an Influencer Marketing/Digital Agency in India Expert-level PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills Strong verbal and written communication; comfortable with pitching Proven track record of closing deals and growing portfolios Proactive, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Solid understanding of influencer metrics, platform algorithms, and campaign workflows
