Position Overview:

The Manager - Activity Based Costing plays a key role in the Accounts & Finance function by managing the Activity-Based Costing (ABC) process to ensure accurate cost allocation, profitability analysis, and data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. The position involves consolidating and validating financial data, preparing costing and profitability reports, and supporting pricing and CO2 reporting activities. The role requires close coordination with regional and commercial teams to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement within the costing framework. Job

Purpose:

The role to assist Costing Function with various level data extraction, preparation of costing reports to support pricing, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

ABC Processing and reportingCollate multiple data sources required for ABC Costing Validate data with accounting system. Liaise with Regional Team for any queries and timely resolution.
Processing Reporting in ABC ModuleExtraction of various standard ABC Reports for MIS
Target Pricing ValidationValidate Target Pricing Request from Commercial team. Cost Simulation to derive potential profitability and recommendation. Seek necessary approval and respond to commercial team with recommendation within specific timeline.
ABC Co2 ReportingValidation of data received for CO2 Reporting Execute ABC CO2 reports in standard format from ABC module. Create ABC CO2 Report and submission as per timelines.
Commercial Airlines Volume ReportingLiaison with Regions for Commercial Airlines Volume with accuracy in the module Preparation & Submission of Commercial Airlines Volume Report in specified format within timeline
Other ad hoc reporting tasksCustomer Profitability Reports Product wise Profitability Reports Review abnormal Cost per Unit at regular intervals. Creation of various costing reports such as OD Pair level Reports, etc. Any other support related to ABC Costing & developments.

Qualifications & Experience:

EducationEssential: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, Post Graduation in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Work ExperienceRequired: 4-5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Preferred: Exposure to logistics, manufacturing, or service industries. Skills & Capabilities:
