Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager in Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, ensuring the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.

Accounts Management:

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of transactions.

Audit & Compliance:

Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights on cost management and revenue enhancement.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (CA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
