We are looking for an ideal candidate for a tax consultancy firm. This job is only for those candidates who are currently working in any CA/ tax consulting firm & have exoerience of atleast 3 years working in a CA firm. please do not apply if you don't fulfill this requirement.
Role Task
Client Onboarding
Explain our services, basic rules, and clear initial questions before bringing a client on board.
Collect KYC documents, registration details, and financial information from new clients.
Create client profiles in our accounting and compliance systems.
Clearly share scope of work, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
Client Coordination & Data Collection
Stay in touch with clients to collect data on time (e.g., invoices, vouchers, bank statements, payroll, and other records).
Write professional emails to confirm discussions and request data.
Data Entry & Filings (GST, TDS, PF/ESI, Advance Tax)
Record all accounting entries correctly and on time.
File GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Advance Tax returns before deadlines.
Track compliance status and keep clients updated.
Reconcile accounts and ensure tax credits/deductions are correct.
Prepare reports (MIS), suggest ways to save tax, and guide clients on better tax planning.
Client Advisory
Advise clients on tax, compliance, and financial planning.
Answer client questions on taxation and finance quickly.
Share updates on tax laws and opportunities for planning.
Final Accounts & Annual Compliances
Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) as per standards.
Finalize accounts for audits and work with auditors.
File Tax Audit Reports as required by law.
Handle annual ROC filings (DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, AOC-4, MGT-7/7A, etc.).
Ensure all returns and reports are filed correctly and on time.
Keep proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Client Invoicing & Revenue Tracking
Raise invoices after work completion or milestones.
Track invoices, collections, and pending payments.
Follow up with clients politely for payments.
Maintain revenue records and reconcile with accounts team.
Team Handling
Supervise junior accountants and check their work for accuracy.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
Train team members to improve knowledge and compliance skills.
Work with senior management to align team goals with firm objectives.
