Job Title: Manager - Accounts

Location: Alandur, Chennai

Experience: 10+ years in Accounts and Finance

Qualification: CMA Intermediate or Postgraduate degree in Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Manager - Accounts to lead our accounting team, oversee financial operations, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.

2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.

3. Oversee TDS and GST compliance, including returns and payments.

4. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

5. Manage year-end activities, including financial statement preparation and audit support.

6. Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

7. Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations.

Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance, preferably in a managerial role.

2. CMA Intermediate or Postgraduate degree in Accounts & Finance.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Experience in Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, TDS, GST, Balance Sheet, reconciliation, auditing, and year-end activities.

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
