Job Description

Eligibility:
Qualified CA Intermediate with around 3+ years of work experience in Preparation of Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c with accompanying Schedules of Limited or Private Ltd Manufacturing Companies, Preparation of fixed Assets Register, MUST HAVE WORKED IN RESTAURANTS OR REAL ESTATE

• In-depth Knowledge of Tally ERP9 and SAP.
• Day to day accounting and scrutinizing of all ledger accounts.
• Managing accounts payables and receivables.
• Approval of all payments and Receipts for entering the system and Release of payments to various suppliers.
• Monthly reconciliation statement of all bank accounts.
• Assisting in analysis, preparation, and finalization of financial statements.
• Plant accounting activities
• Review GLs on Daily basis and post the parked entries
• Sound knowledge of GST Act. GST Returns Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B with GST portal.
• GST reconciliation with GSTR 2B, GSTR3B.
• Tax deducted at source preparation of details, payments, filing of returns and issue of TDS Certificates.
• Monthly preparing debtors and creditors ageing.
• Invoice Posting, Bills Knock Off, managing petty expenses.
• Bill processing & verification, Control on payment & recovery of advances
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors during Internal & Statutory Audit
• Discussion and rectification of audit points with internal auditors.
• Finalization of Annual Accounts and getting the approval of the Board.
• Preparation & filling of Income Tax return
